Mr Björn Carlson

Björn Carlson is a Swedish national and holds a Ph D from the Stockholm School of Economics and was a research fellow at the University of Berkeley, California. Mr. Carlson is currently the chairman of Luxonen S.A., an investment company registered in Luxembourg and listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Previously, Mr. Carlson was president of the Carlson Investment Management Group and a member of the board of Skandia Asset Management, which bought the Carlson Investment Management Group in 1999.

Mr Wyndham Williams (Managing Director)

Wyndham Williams is an Irish citizen and is an experienced senior banking executive with widespread international and domestic expertise in corporate banking and general management. A Fellow of the Institute of Bankers in Ireland he has been involved in the Banking and Financial Services industry since 1959. In 1973 Mr. Williams opened the first US office of AIB Bank in New York and later was appointed Senior Vice President in charge of AIB's International Corporate Division in 1977 to develop AIB's corporate strategy to multinational corporations establishing in Ireland. He was appointed Regional Director of AIB Dublin Metropolitan region in 1991 and in 1995 appointed Managing Director of AIB Home Mortgages and Director of AIB Commercial Services Limited. Mr. Williams, who holds a B.A.(Hons) and M.Sc.(Mgt) degree from Trinity College, Dublin, retired from AIB in 1998.

Mr Mark Thorne

Mark Thorne is an Irish citizen and has obtained extensive experience in financial services and commercial law. Mr. Thorne is a partner with Dillon Eustace and has worked with the firm since 1992. Mr. Thorne is a member of the Dublin Funds Industry Association Legal and Regulation Committee and holds a Bachelor of Civil Law Degree from University College, Dublin.

Mr Johan Kuylenstierna

Johan Kuylenstierna is a Swedish citizen and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Lund, Sweden. He has been working with asset management since 1984, at SEB in Malmö, London and Luxembourg. Since 2000 Mr Kuylenstierna is running his own asset management company in Luxembourg. He is also the CEO of Luxonen.
